Your First Visit

Visiting the dentist can sometimes be a little overwhelming. When you call us to schedule your appointment please be prepared to answer questions regarding your insurance information and/or other family members. We have included a page for you to download a new patient welcome packet so you may complete the paperwork in the comfort of your home. We will need such things as dental and medical history, insurance information, HIPAA consent and financial agreement.

Your first visit will include a brief pre-clinical assessment that will allow us to get to know you better. Please feel free to express any questions or concerns you may have. We will be happy to address those for you. Next, you will be given either a Limited or Comprehensive examination by your dentist that includes any necessary x-rays. We will chart any existing conditions such as caries, gum disease etc. and past history of any dental treatment such as crowns, bridges and/or fillings etc.

Once all your information is inputted into the computer a treatment plan will be printed for you and any other questions you have will be addressed. Before you leave the office you will be given an estimated cost of your treatment plan. You will be given as much information as needed to help you in the decisions regarding your oral health. We are here to support you and help you achieve your personal goals of a beautiful and healthy smile.
